摘　　要：目的:探讨高职护理专业“器官移植病人的护理”课程思政教学策略及应用效果。方法:在高职护理专业大学二年级的2个班的100名学生中开展“器官移植病人的护理”课程思政教学,并从教师、学生两方面进行评价,明确教学效果。结果:学院督导组和教师们的听课评价为“优秀”,学生对本次课提高护士职业责任感和认同感、培养爱伤观念、提高社会责任感和社会参与意识、提高集体意识和团队合作精神、激发器官移植与捐献科普意愿、培养遵纪守法意识的效果,选择非常满意和比较满意的比例分别为87%、97%、92%、89%、94%、84%。结论:“器官移植病人的护理”课程思政教学使思政教育和专业教育同向同行,切实落实了价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养的育人目标。Objective:To explore the teaching strategies and effects of ideological and political theory education in the course of"Nursing of Organ Transplantation Patients".Methods:The ideological and political teaching of the course"Nursing of Organ Transplantation Patients"was carried out among 100 students in two classes of sophomores in higher vocational colleges of nursing major,and evaluated from both teachers and students to clarify the teaching results.Results:The supervision team and teachers of the college evaluated the class as"excellent".For the effect of improving nurses′sense of professional responsibility and identity,cultivating the concept of caring for patients,enhancing their sense of social responsibility and social participation,enhancing their collective awareness and team spirit,stimulating their willingness to transplant organs and donate for science popularization,and cultivating their awareness of observing disciplines and laws,the proportion of students who are very satisfied and relatively satisfied with the course is 87%,97%,92%,89%,94%,84%respectively.Conclusion:The ideological and political teaching of the course of"Nursing of Organ Transplantation Patients"makes ideological and political education and professional education go hand in hand,and effectively implements the educational goals of value shaping,knowledge imparts and ability cultivation.
