摘 要:基于“新工科”背景和“双循环”战略需要,分析新时期食品产业人才需求情况,了解地方高校食品专业的现有办学现状及其服务产业转型升级的需求情况,秉持产、创、研、教并重理念,构建食品类复合人才培养模式;秉持产业为重、双创为本的人才培养目标,构建一条“三结合、四融合”人才培养体系;秉持产教协同、研教融合理念,打造一支有产有教、研教融合的师资队伍,探索培养实践能力强、创新能力强、竞争能力强的食品专业高素质、“新工科”复合型人才的培养模式。Based on the context of“New Engineering”education and the“Dual Circulation”development strategy,the talent demand of the food industry in the new era is analyzed,and the status quo of food-related majors in colleges and universities and the needs for the transformation and upgrading of the related service industry are investigated.It is proposed that a comprehensive training mode of talent specialized in the food industry should be built with equal emphasis on industry,research,innovation,and education,a system of talent cultivation with“three combinations and four integrations”should be set up to boost the development of the industry with entrepreneurship and innovation as the foundation,and teaching staff with industry,education,and research achievements should be trained with the conception of industry-education synergy and research-education integration,with a view to exploring a professional cultivation mode of food-related professionals and comprehensive“New Engineering”talents with practice,innovation,and competition strength.
