摘 要:目的探讨管理授权、结构性授权与心理授权在护士培训中的应用。方法回顾性分析2018年1月—2021年12月于病区在职的63名护士的资料,其中2018年1月—2019年12月行理论授课与专科操作培训的32名护士为对照组,2020年1月—2021年12月行管理授权、结构性授权与心理授权培训的31名护士为观察组,两组均培训3个月。对比分析两组护士心理授权水平、工作胜任力、核心能力。结果培训后,观察组心理授权量表评分、临床护士胜任力自评量表中各维度评分及总分、注册护士核心能力量表中各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论管理授权、结构性授权与心理授权的培训能够改善护士心理授权水平,提升核心能力及工作胜任力,从而帮助护士完成角色转变。Objective To explore the application of management authorization,structural authorization and psychological authorization in nurse training.Methods To analyze retrospectively the data of 63 nurses in the ward from January 2018 to December 2021,among them,32 nurses who received theoretical teaching and specialized operation training from January 2018 to December 2019 were a control group,and 31 nurses who received management authorization,structural authorization and psychological authorization training from January 2020 to December 2021 were an observation group.Both groups were trained for 3 months.The psychological empowerment level,work competence and core competence of the two groups of nurses were compared and analyzed.Results After training,the psychological empowerment scale score,scores of each dimension and the total score of the clinical nurse competency self-assessment scale,scores of each dimension and the total score of the competency inventory for registered nurse in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training of management authorization,structural authorization and psychological authorization can improve the level of nurses'psychological authorization,enhance their core competence and work competence,and help nurses complete the role transformation.
