摘  要:支承层是路基段CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道及双块式无砟轨道的重要结构,其服役性能直接关系到无砟轨道结构整体稳定性和高速列车的安全运行。本文介绍了支承层的材料、作用及其性能指标。通过调研不同地区、不同时期建造的高速铁路无砟轨道支承层服役现状,发现个别地区无砟轨道支承层出现不同程度伤损。根据支承层伤损特点划分了支承层伤损类型,分析了环境冻融循环、温度梯度及高速列车动荷载对支承层伤损的影响。对某服役近10年的高速铁路粉化支承层取样测试,结果表明:Ⅲ级粉化支承层抗压强度低于设计强度,支承层总碱含量满足标准要求,水化产物中未发现有害物质,支承层抗冻性不足可能是其粉化的主要原因。The supporting layer is an important structure of CRTSⅡslab ballastless track and double-block ballastless track in the subgrade section.The service performance of supporting layer is directly related to the overall stability of the ballastless track structure and the safe operation of high speed trains.This paper introduces the material,function and performance index of the supporting layer.By investigating the service status of the supporting layer of ballastless track of high speed railway built in different regions and different periods,it is found that the supporting layer of ballastless track in individual regions has different degrees of damage.According to the damage characteristics of the supporting layer,the damage types of the supporting layer were divided,and the effects of environmental freeze-thaw cycles,temperature gradients and dynamic loads of high speed trains on the damage of the supporting layer were analyzed.The pulverized supporting layer of a high speed railway which has been in service for nearly 10 years was sampled and tested.The results show that the compressive strength of the ClassⅢpulverized supporting layer is lower than the design strength,the total alkali content of the supporting layer meets the standard requirements,no harmful substances are found in the hydration products,and the lack of frost resistance of the supporting layer may be the main reason for its pulverization。
