新时代劳动教育视域下高职电力类“工匠型”人才培养研究

摘　　要：电力类“工匠型”人才是保障国家电力安全运行、实现可持续发展的动力源泉,但当前电力类“工匠型”人才培养现状不甚理想。文章分析了劳动教育对培养学生“匠心”“匠品”“匠技”“匠艺”等关键能力与品质的价值,进而提出劳动教育视域下电力类“工匠型”人才培养的实践路径:通过厚植电力企业的劳动文化,内化职业素养塑造电力“匠心”;突出电力专业的劳动导向,重构课程体系传承电力“匠品”;对接电力岗位的劳动实践,改革实践教学淬炼电力“匠技”;凸显电力行业的劳动风尚,搭建创新平台激活电力“匠艺”。The craftsmen of electric power are the power source to ensure the safe operation of national electric power and achieve sustainable development,but the current situation of the cultivation of the craftsmen is not ideal.This paper analyzes the value of labor education in cultivating students’key abilities and qualities.Then,the paper puts forward the practical path of cultivating craftsman-type talents in the field of labor education,and discusses how to cultivate labor culture of electric power enterprises,internalize professional accomplishment,shape electric ingenuity,and stress the labor orientation of electric power specialty,reconstruct the curriculum system to inherit the electric craftsmanship,connect the labor practice of the electric post,reform the practice teaching to temper the electric craftsmanship,highlight the labor fashion of the electric power industry,build the innovation platform to activate the electric craftsmanship.
