摘　　要：随着我国进入新的发展阶段,各行各业对技术技能人才的需求越来越紧迫,技术技能积累和社会服务能力建设成为职业教育重要的发展方向。文章以依托CMA资质的食品检测中心为例,探讨高职院校技术技能积累和社会服务平台的建设路径:完善制度建设,深化运行和管理,形成有效监督管理体系;拓展技术能力,开展检验检测服务,打造产教融合共同体;承办社会培训,实施技能鉴定,搭建培训服务有机体;建立特色服务团队,开展技术技能服务,构筑校政行企联合体。由此构建高职院校、政府、行业、企业共同参与的集人才培养、社会培训、科学研究、社会服务多位一体的高水平技术技能积累和社会服务平台。As China enters a new stage of development,the demand for technical and skilled talents in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent.The accumulation of technical skills and the construction of social service capacity have become an important development direction of vocational education.Taking the food testing center relying on CMA qualification as an example,this paper discusses the construction path of technical skills accumulation and social service platform in higher vocational colleges,such as improving system construction and deepening operation and management to form an effective supervision and management system;expanding technical capabilities and carrying out inspection and testing services to build a community integrating industry and education;undertaking social training and implementing skill identification to build a training service organism;establishing a characteristic service team,carrying out technical skills services to build a school government enterprise association.Therefore,a high-level technical skill accumulation and social service platform integrating talent training,social training,scientific research and social services will be built,which is jointly participated by higher vocational colleges,government,industry and enterprises.
