摘 要:师范类专业认证背景下,高校教学督导工作应该关注专业认证理念“学生中心,产出导向,持续改进”。“产出导向”是师范类专业人才培养追求质量卓越的必然要求。师范生对师范专业认可度的持续改进是提高培养质量不能忽视的工作环节,以“产出导向”进行“督教”更应着重“导学”,关注师范生在高校学到什么,学得怎么样。师范生的见习、实习环节的督导工作应该引起重视。调研用人单位对师范实习生的满意度是教学督导工作的责任。Under the background of teacher-training professional certification,the teaching supervision in colleges and universities should pay attention to the idea of“Student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement”.Output-oriented is the inevitable requirement of quality excellence in the training of teachers.The continuous improvement of normal school students’recognition of normal school majors is a work link that can not be neglected in improving the quality of training.The“Output-oriented”teaching method should focus on“Guiding study”and pay attention to what normal school students learn in colleges and universities,how are the normal students doing.Attention should be paid to the supervision of normal school students’probation and practice.It is the responsibility of teaching supervision to investigate the satisfaction degree of employers to normal students.
