摘　　要：研究生培育工作是教育部推进高质量人才培养计划的重要组成部分。系统工程主要是面向研究生培养而开设工学专业,具有专业领域针对性强、生源多样性、可设置课程多等特点,在课程教学、人才培养、课程思政以及落实立德树人精神等方面具有一定的挑战性。通过总结系统工程专业教学、科研与研究生培育工作经验,探索出了一套行之有效的经验与方法,概括为“四三二一”法,分别从课程教学、人才培育、立德树人及课程思政等方面,给出了基于系统工程整体思维的教学方法、育人模式和育人原则。在所提出教育方法的贯彻实践中,取得了很好的育人效果。Graduate education is an important part of the Ministry of Education’s promotion of high-quality talent training programs.Systems engineering,an engineering major set up for graduate education,has the characteristics of strong pertinence in professional fields,diversity of students,and multiple courses.It faces certain challenges in course teaching,talent training,course ideology and politics,and the implementation of the spirit of Moral Education.The authors have been engaged in the teaching,scientific research and graduate cultivation of systems engineering for more than ten years,and have explored some effective experience and methods from practice,hence proposing the“Four-Three-Two-One”method.From the aspects of curriculum teaching,talent cultivation,curriculum ideology and politics,and moral education,they have introduced teaching methods,educational modes,and educational principles based on the overall thinking of systems engineering.In the implementation of the proposed educational methods,good educational results have been achieved.
