摘  要:为了解‘保靖黄金茶1号’和‘黄金茶2号’引种平江县后主要生化特性及绿茶适制性,以引种平江主栽茶树品种‘槠叶齐’为对照,分析了‘保靖黄金茶1号’和‘黄金茶2号’所制绿茶的主要生化成分、儿茶素组分和感官品质,并与原产地保靖县‘保靖黄金茶1号’和‘黄金茶2号’绿茶的品质进行比较。结果表明:‘保靖黄金茶1号’和‘黄金茶2号’从保靖县引种平江县后,绿茶品质虽稍有下降,但保持了高氨基酸含量的特性,且优于当地主栽茶树品种‘槠叶齐’,适合当地推广。In order to study the main biochemical Characteristics and green tea suitability of Baojing Huangjingcha 1 and Huangjingcha introduced to Pingjiang county,compared with the dominant cultivar Zhuyeqi,green teas from two introduced cultivars were analyzed for major biochemical components,contents of catechins and sensory quality.We also compared the quality of Baojing Huangjingcha 1 and Huangjingcha 2 in Pingjiang County and Baojing Huangjingcha 1 and Huangjingcha 2 in Baojing County.The results showed that the quality of Baojing Huangjingcha 1 and Huangjingcha 2 decreased slightly after being introduced into Pingjiang County,together,the introduction of Baojing Huangjingcha 1 and Huangjingcha 2 keeps the characteristics of high amino acid content,and The quality was superior to the dominant cultivar ZhuYeqi,suitable for local promption.
