摘　　要：乡村教育振兴是乡村振兴的重要组成部分,是乡村全面振兴的重要基础。人工智能有助于开展个性化教育,对乡村教育振兴的价值表现为:缩小城乡差异,提升教育水平,提高乡村教师专业能力,改善乡村学生心理健康状况,支持特殊教育发展等。目前人工智能支持乡村教育振兴仍面临诸多困境,如人工智能设备与资源缺乏、乡村教师专业发展水平不高、家长理解与支持不足、制度设计与支持乏力、信息化评价和跟踪不充分、校长的信息化领导力较弱等。面对困境,应实施有针对性的对策,如缩小城乡学校的人工智能软硬件资源差距、提升教师的人工智能应用能力、完善乡村人工智能教育的配套制度体系、建立成熟的人工智能教育应用模型、创建利用人工智能的家校合作机制、优化人工智能教育应用的效果与评价机制、提升面向人工智能应用的校长信息化领导力。The revitalisation of rural education is an important part of the revitalisation of the countryside and an important foundation for the overall revitalisation of the countryside.Artificial intelligence helps to carry out personalised education,and its value to the revitalisation of rural education is manifested in narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,improving the standard of education,enhancing the professionalism of rural teachers,improving the mental health of rural students,and supporting the development of special education.However,AI is still facing many difficulties in supporting the revitalisation of rural education,such as the lack of AI equipment and resources,the low level of professional development of rural teachers,insufficient parental understanding and support,weak institutional design and support,inadequate evaluation and tracking of information technology,and insufficient information technology leadership capacity of headmasters.In the face of the dilemma,targeted countermeasures should be implemented,such as narrowing the AI hardware and software resource gap between urban and rural schools,improving teachers’AI application capabilities,improving the supporting institutional system for rural AI education,establishing a mature AI education application model,creating a home-school cooperation mechanism for using AI,optimising the effectiveness and evaluation mechanism for AI education applications,and enhancing the AI application-oriented.The programme also aims to improve the information leadership of school headmasters for AI applications.
