摘　　要：高师教育与基础教育双方的深度合作是培养高质量人才的关键。但由于双方观念、时间、制度、利益等冲突,两者在互动发展上存在目标不一致、交流不深入、合作不持久等问题。为促进高效的互动发展,双方应遵循互利共赢的原则,切实在观念更新、队伍打造、教学改革、教育研究、文化建设等方面形成合力。The deep cooperation between higher normal education and basic education is the key to cultivating high-quality talents.However,due to the conflict of concepts,time,system and interests,there are some problems in the interactive development of the two sides,such as inconsistency of goals,lack of in-depth communication and unsustainable cooperation.In order to promote efficient interactive development,the two sides should follow the principle of mutual benefit and win-win results,and effectively form joint efforts in concept renewal,team building,teaching reform,educational research,cultural construction and other aspects.
