摘  要:利用现有的基于机器视觉的轮廓提取系统所提取的眼镜镜片凸曲线轮廓数据中包含大量的噪点。为了得到全凸的光滑曲线,提出一种新的适用于凸曲线轮廓数据的平滑处理算法:先依据特征剔除噪点,再对被剔除的部分进行保凸插值。实验结果表明:在以得到全凸光滑曲线为目的的平滑处理中,相较于传统的滑动平均法、Savitzky-Golay卷积平滑法,该算法在耗时和误差上都有明显优势。The convex contour data of the spectacle lens extracted by the existing machine vision-based contour extraction system contains a lot of noise.In order to obtain a fully convex smooth curve,this paper proposes a new smoothing algorithm suitable for convex contour data.The noise was removed according to the feature,and convex preserving interpolation was performed on the removed part.The experimental results show that in the smoothing process for the purpose of obtaining a fully convex smooth curve,compared with the traditional moving average method and the Savitzky-Golay convolution smoothing method,this algorithm has obvious advantages in consumed time and error.
