摘 要:澳大利亚十分重视职业生涯教育,并在中小学开展职业生涯教育实践,培养学生的职业理想与职业技能,以适应新时代社会发展需要。2019年,澳大利亚发布《未来准备:以学生为中心的国家职业生涯教育战略》,以适应全球教育变革的迫切需要。目前,澳大利亚已经建立起面向未来工作的职业生涯教育目标体系,形成了校内与校外多元联动、课程特色凸显且组织理实一体化、学科渗透与生涯咨询相互补充、保障措施完备的中小学职业生涯教育实施路径。借鉴澳大利亚的经验,我国中小学职业生涯教育应加强顶层设计,明确职业生涯教育方向;创新实施样态,形成多样化职业生涯教育实施常态;整合社会力量,实现个性化的职业生涯教育。Australia attaches great importance to career education,and carries out career education practices in elementary and secondary schools to cultivate students'career ideals and skills,so as to meet the needs of social development in the new era.In 2019,Australia released Future Ready:A Student Focused National Career Education Strategy to meet the urgent need for global educational change.At present,Australia has established a career education target system for future work,forming a path for elementary and secondary schools career education implementation,featuring multiple interactions between school and the outside world,outstanding course features and integration of theory and practice in terms of organization,complementary discipline penetration and career consultation,and complete safeguard measures.Drawing on the experience of Australia,career education in elementary and secondary schools in China should strengthen the top-level design to clarify the direction of career education,innovate the implementation pattern to form a diversified career education implementation norm,and integrate social power to realize personalized career education.
