摘 要:实用写作能力是秘书岗位工作者的必备技能之一,秘书实用写作也是秘书学专业的必修课程。但由于该专业本科办学时间不长,大多数教师没有实际的秘书工作经验,且实用写作教学中存在学生学习兴趣不高、学习与写作训练方法单一、成绩评价方式与评价主体单一等局限。该文在分析、总结这些问题或现状的基础上,从改善师资资源、优化教学模式与教方法、改变成绩评价方式与评价主体、提升学生学习兴趣与学习主动性等方面提出解决思路与途径,以期对秘书学专业实用写作课程的教学改革有所裨益。Practical writing ability is one of the necessary skills for secretarial workers,and secretarial practical writing is also a compulsory course for Secretarial Science majors.However,most teachers do not have practical experience in secretarial work due to the short period of undergraduate education in this major,and there are some limitations in practical writing teaching,such as students’low interest in learning,single learning and writing training methods,single performance evaluation methods and evaluation subjects,etc.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing these problems or current situations,this paper puts forward some ideas and ways to solve them from the aspects of improving teachers’resources,optimizing teaching models and teaching methods,changing the way and subject of performance evaluation,and enhancing students’interest and initiative in learning,hoping to be beneficial to the teaching reform of practical writing courses for Secretarial Science majors.
