摘  要:目的 从多方面分析医学导论课程思政教学效果。方法 对新疆某高校2019级临床医学专业大一本科生医学导论实施线上线下相结合的混合式课程思政教学,运用问卷调查、成绩分析和资料分析等多种方式,从学生的成绩、学习感悟、教学满意度,以及教学前后专业认同、人生意义、人文精神、医学价值观影响等方面进行医学生学习效果的多维分析。结果 结课后学生成绩达到中等及以上水平。课外思政实践活动是实现专业课思政育人目标的重要环节,学生对医学导论课程思政混合式教学的满意度较高。结论 医学导论课程思政可提高医学生的专业认同度和职业素养,引导医学生树立正确的人生观与医学价值观,教学效果显著,值得推广与实施。Objective To analyze the effect of ideological and political teaching of Introduction to Medicine Course from many aspects.Methods The blended teaching mode of online and offline was carried out for the Ideological&Political Course in Introduction to Medicine Course of freshmen majoring in clinical medicine of 2019 in a university in Xinjiang.Questionnaire survey,performance analysis and data analysis were adopted to analyze the learning effect of medical students from the aspects of students′performance,learning perception,teaching satisfaction,professional identity,meaning of life,humanistic spirit and medical values before and after teaching.Results The students′scores reached the middle and above level after teaching.Extracurricular ideological and political practice is an important link to achieve the goal of ideological and political education in professional courses.Students are more satisfied with the blended teaching mode in the course.Conclusion The ideological and political teaching of Introduction to Medicine Course can improve the professional identity and professional quality of medical students,and guide medical students to establish a correct outlook on life and medical values.The teaching effect is significant and worthy of promotion and implementation.
