摘  要:目的 了解高职院校护生精神卫生知识水平及精神疾病态度状况,为制订精神卫生知识教育策略提供依据。方法采用精神卫生与心理保健知识问卷、精神疾病有关态度问卷等对护生进行调查。结果 护生精神卫生与心理保健知识问卷总分为(16.26±2.21)分,总体知晓率为81.3%;精神疾病有关态度问卷总分为(37.23±4.71)分。护生精神卫生知识水平和精神疾病态度影响其从业意愿。结论 护生精神卫生知识总体知晓率基本达到国家要求,精神疾病态度整体偏中立,高职院校应采取措施加强精神卫生知识的宣传和教育。Objective To learn the level of mental health knowledge and attitudes towards mental illness among nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and provide a basis for formulating mental health education strategies.Methods Mental health and psychological questionnaires,as well as questionnaires related to attitudes towards mental illness,were used to survey nursing students.Results The total score of the mental health and psychological questionnaire for nursing students was(16.26±2.21),and the overall awareness rate was 81.3%;the total score of the questionnaire related to attitudes towards mental illness was(37.23±4.71).The level of mental health knowledge and attitudes towards mental illness among nursing students affects their willingness to work in the field.Conclusion The overall awareness rate of mental health knowledge among nursing students has reached the national requirements,and the overall attitude towards mental illness is neutral,higher vocational colleges should take measures to strengthen the promotion and education of mental health knowledge.
