摘  要:中小学高质量体育教师队伍是新时代高质量教育体系的重要组成部分。过去十年间,我国中小学体育教师队伍在数量、质量、结构和体制机制建设等方面都取得了长足进展。然而,在“双减”、体育考试评价改革深入推进、信息技术应用及学生健康素养培育的要求下,中小学体育教师队伍建设面临数量供给不足、高学历教师比例低、配置结构不合理和管理机制不健全等一系列困难,需要通过改善制度供给与优化配置结构,提升教师队伍治理现代化水平等,促进中小学体育教师队伍建设,服务于我国教育现代化的需要。High-quality physical education teaching staff in primary and secondary schools are an important part of the high-quality education system in the new era.In the past ten years,great progress has been made in the quantity,quality,structure and institutional mechanism construction of physical education teaching staff in primary and secondary schools in China.However,under the requirements of"double reduction"policy,in-depth reform of physical education examination and evaluation,application of information technology,and cultivation of students′health literacy,the construction of physical education teaching staff is facing a series of difficulties,such as insufficient quantity supply,low proportion of highly educated teachers,unreasonable configuration structure and imperfect management mechanism.It is necessary to improve the system supply and optimize the configuration structure,enhance the modernization level of the governance of teaching staff,promote the construction of physical education teaching staff in primary and secondary schools,and serve the needs of China′s educational modernization.
