摘 要:目的探讨高职实习护生职业场所欺凌与职业认同的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取2022年苏州卫生职业技术学院分布于7家三级甲等医院的实习护生135名作为调查对象。采用一般资料问卷、负性行为问卷和职业认同问卷对135名高职实习护生进行调查,使用SPSS 23.0软件对调查数据进行统计分析。结果高职实习护生负性行为问卷总分为(28.28±7.73)分,个人相关负性行为、工作相关负性行为和组织不公3个维度均分分别为(1.20±0.36)分、(1.19±0.27)分、(1.70±0.75)分;高职实习护生职业认同总得分为(62.83±12.10)分,各维度得分由高到低分别为:社会说服、社会比较与自我反思、职业自我概念、留职获益与离职风险、职业选择的自主性,5个维度平均分分别为(3.90±0.88)分、(3.82±0.67)分、(3.74±0.82)分、(3.59±0.83)分、(3.35±0.75)分。未受欺凌者和遭受欺凌者在职业认同总得分和各维度得分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高职实习护生负性行为问卷各维度得分和总分与职业认同各维度(职业选择的自主性除外)得分和总分具有显著的相关性(P<0.05)。组织不公和工作相关负性行为与职业认同总分呈显著的负向影响关系(P<0.05)。结论高职实习护生遭受职业场所欺凌程度较低,职业场所欺凌与职业认同呈负相关关系,职业场所欺凌频率越高、程度越深,职业认同水平越低。Objective To explore the correlation between workplace bullying and professional identity of nursing intern in higher vocational colleges.Methods 135 nursing interns from Suzhou Vocational Health College distributed in seven Third Grade Class A hospitals in 2022 were selected by convenient sampling method.They were investigated with negative behavior questionnaire and professional identity questionnaire.Results The total score of the negative behavior was 28.28±7.73.The average scores of each dimension of personal related negative behavior,work related negative behavior and organizational injustice were 1.20±0.36,1.19±0.27,1.70±0.75 respectively.The total score of professional identity was 62.83±12.10.From high to low,the scores of each dimension were:social persuasion 3.90±0.88,social comparison and self-reflection 3.82±0.67,career self-concept 3.74±0.82,benefits from retention and turnover risk 3.59±0.83,and autonomy of career choice 3.35±0.75.There was a significant difference in the total score and each dimension score of professional identity between the non bullied and the bullied(P<0.05).There was a significant correlation between negative behavior and professional identity(P<0.05).Organizational unfairness and negative work-related behaviors had a significant negative impact on professional identity(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing interns in higher vocational colleges suffered a low level of workplace bullying.There is a negative correlation between workplace bullying and professional identity.The higher the frequency and degree of workplace bullying,the lower the level of professional identity.
