虚拟仿真视域下液压控制元件可视化教学研究

摘  要:高等职业教育中机械类专业课程实训教学过程的高投入、高损耗、高风险及难实施、难观摩、难再现的“三高三难”问题突出,本文以液压控制元件的教学项目为例,通过基于Automation Studio虚拟仿真软件在“液压与气动技术”课程可视化教学中的应用,着力解决课程教学中凸显的“三高三难”问题,使学生更加容易掌握液压元件的基本结构和动作原理,同时为“隐性”思政元素的与专业课程内容的有机融合提供了有效的载体,实训教学反馈效果也证实该方法收到了满意的效果。In higher vocational education,the problems of high investment,high loss,high risk,and difficult implementation,observation,and reproduction are prominent in the teaching process of mechanical major courses.This paper takes the teaching project of hydraulic control components as an example.Through the application of the virtual simulation software based on Automation Studio in the visual teaching of the"Hydraulic and Pneumatic Technology"course,we focus on solving the problems of"three highs and three difficulties"highlighted in the course teaching,making it easier for students to master the basic structure and action principles of hydraulic components,and at the same time It provides an effective carrier for the organic integration of"hidden"ideological and political elements with the content of professional courses.The feedback effect of training teaching also confirms that the method has received satisfactory results.
