摘　　要：通过对第三方高等教育人才培养质量评价的研究,建立高等教育人才培养质量监控与评价体系,对高职教育的改革、人才培养计划改进有重要意义。以问卷调查法、文献研究法等方式确定出与高职教育无利益冲突的评价主体和执行评价的评价指标,进而使用客观性更高的改进层次分析法对评价体系的评价内容进行权重计算,评价结果对高职教育改革、人才培养方案改进有更好的参考作用。It is of great significance to the reform of higher vocational education and the improvement of talent training plan to establish the quality monitoring and evaluation system of higher education talent training by studying the quality evaluation of third-party higher education talent training.By means of questionnaire survey,literature research and other methods,it determines the evaluation subject and evaluation indicators without conflict with higher vocational education,and then conducts weight calculation of the evaluation system content using the improved analytic hierarchy process.The evaluation results provide reference for higher vocational education reform and talent training program improvement.
