摘　　要：为探究一种适合应用型大学机械专业类的人才培养模式,对应用型大学机械工程专业本科生培养方案和目标进行分析,提出采用“传帮带”本科生导师制的层级式CDIO培养模式,即构思(Conceive)、设计(Design)、实施(Implement)和运作(Operate)。将导师的指导和评价贯穿于各层级CDIO的四个主要环节,以研究生为辅助,构建三个层级基础专业知识层、技能与创新能力培养层和创新操作层三个层级的CDIO的“传帮带”培养模式,健全本科生的专业知识体系,提升其创新技能和独立实施项目的能力。对形成应用型大学优良的学风,提高应用型人才培养质量和水平,具有重要的作用和意义。In order to explore a talents cultivation model suitable for mechanical engineering majors in application-oriented universities,this paper analyzes the cultivation scheme and objectives of undergraduates majoring in mechanical engineering for application-oriented universities,and proposes a hierarchical CDIO(coherent,design,implementation and operation)cultivation model of the tutorial system based on"helping and guiding".The tutor's guidance and evaluation are run through the four main links of CDIO at all levels.With the assistance of graduate students,the"helping and guiding"cultivation model of CDIO at three levels(basic professional knowledge level,skills and innovation ability training level and innovation operation level)is established to improve the professional knowledge system,innovation skills and ability of undergraduates to independently implement projects.This model plays an important role and significance in forming an excellent style of study in application-oriented universities and improving the quality and level of application-oriented talents cultivation.
