摘　　要：技术接受和使用整合模型(UTAUT)被广泛用于教师采纳技术研究领域,但实证研究结果和元分析均缺乏稳健性。为了进一步评估教师采纳技术的影响因素,检验UTAUT模型的拟合度,研究利用结构方程模型元分析这一新的分析方法,对国内19项实证研究(6 404个被试)进行了系统审视。现有实证研究结果表明:在教师采纳技术研究领域,UTAUT模型拟合数据理想,能解释56.3%的教师采纳行为,影响教师采纳技术的主要是技术属性(绩效期望、努力期望)而非情景属性(社群影响、促成条件),其中,影响教师使用技术意向最重要的因素是绩效期望,努力期望次之,且努力期望对使用意向的影响受样本容量、教师类别亚组影响。The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT) have been widely used in the field of teacher adoption of new technologies, but the research results lack robustness. In order to further evaluate the influencing factors for teachers’ adoption of technologies and test the fit of the UTAUT model, a meta-analysis structural equation model analysis was performed on 19 domestic empirical studies(6404 participants). The results show that the UTAUT model fits the data ideally and explains 56.3% of teachers’ adopted behaviors. Performance Expectancy is the most important factor influencing behavioral intentions, and Effort Expectancy is second, while Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions have no significant effect on usage intentions. In addition, the research sample is highly heterogeneous. The effort expectation-use intention is affected by the sample size and the teacher category subgroup.
