摘 要:信息技术可以赋能退役军人职业教育。然而,退役军人教育的割裂状态阻碍退役军人教育安置。以退役军人为中心,在包容性发展理念、因材施教思想与技术赋能理论支撑下,构建体现军事与民事系统融合、产业与教育系统融合、教育系统内诸要素融合等三重理论逻辑的退役军人职业教育融合模式。通过画像技术指导项目选择、信息教学支持技能培训、5G技术支持供需沟通、智能监测技术跟踪监测等环节的运行机制,帮助退役军人了解就业政策,适应社会生活;改变“等靠要”思想,树立自主择业观念;提升技术技能,谋得合适职业;培养数字素养,适应终身学习要求。[JP2]Information technology can empower veterans vocational education.However,the fragmented state of veterans education hinders the education placement of veterans.This paper is centered on veterans.Supported by the concept of inclusive development,the idea of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and the theory of technological empowerment,this paper constructs an integration model of vocational education for veterans,which embodies the triple theoretical logic of the integration of military and civil systems,the integration of industry and education systems,and the integration of various elements in the education system.Through the operation mechanism of portrait technology to guide project selection,information teaching to support skill training,5G technology to support supply and demand communication,and intelligent monitoring technology to track and monitor,it is necessary to help veterans understand employment policies to adapt to social life;change the idea of“waiting for help”to establish the concept of independent career selection;enhance technical skills to find suitable careers;cultivate digital literacy to meet the requirements of lifelong learning.
