五年制高职产业教授项目的实施现状及推进策略——以常州市为例

摘　　要：2021年,常州市创新实施了五年制高职产业教授项目。通过对常州市五年制高职产业教授项目实施现状进行调研,发现已经取得一定成效。但是目前在管理制度、合作平台、服务保障和考核评价等方面仍存在一些制约因素。为此,提出了完善管理制度、加强平台建设、落实服务保障和强化督查考核等优化策略,以助推职业教育高质量发展。In 2021,Changzhou innovatively implemented the five-year higher vocational education industrial professor project.Through the investigation of the implementation of the project in Changzhou,it is found that certain results have been achieved.However,there are some constraints in management system,cooperation platform,service guarantee,assessment and evaluation.To this end,this paper proposes optimization strategies such as improving management system,strengthening platform construction,implementing service guarantee and strengthening supervision and assessment to boost the high-quality development of vocational education.
