摘　　要：新闻传播学界已有大量成果探究数字媒介与情感、情感与公共舆论等问题,推进了对情感问题的理解,但这些成果多是在经验研究的层面展开的,如何对传播中的情感现象进行价值判断,则需要我们从政治哲学的规范理论中寻找标准。克劳斯的《公民的激情》是一本政治哲学著作,该书探讨道德情感在个体判断、集体商议、法律等方面的意义,有助于理解当代中国社会的情感文化、群体隔阂、社交媒介上的公共讨论等许多问题,可以为反思上述现象提供思想资源。A large number of achievements have been made in the field of journalism and communication to explore issues such as digital media and emotion,emotion and public opinion,which have promoted the understanding of emotional issues. But most of these achievements are carried out at the level of empirical research. How to judge the value of emotional phenomena in communication? It’s necessary to look for the standard from the normative theory of political philosophy. Civil Passions is a work of political philosophy,which explores the significance of moral feelings in individual judgment,collective deliberation,law and other aspects. It is helpful to understand the emotional culture,group barriers,public discussion on social media and many other issues in contemporary Chinese society,and can provide theoretical resources for reflecting on the above phenomena.
