校企合作模式下高职汽修专业人才培养方式的探索与实践

摘　　要：当前,在我国社会迅速发展的背景下,国家对于高职院校的学生给予了高度关注。因此高职院校必须要明确各专业人才培养的具体模式,并且要保证在校企合作模式下,提高高职院校的人才培养效率。随着我国国民生活水平的不断提升,社会对于汽修专业人才的需求量也在逐渐增加,所以高职院校针对汽修专业的人才培养模式必须要进行相应的探索和创新,确保能够在人才培养的过程中满足校企合作模式的培养需求。基于此,该文通过分析高职汽修专业中人才培养存在的问题,探究其相应的解决措施。At present,under the background of the rapid development of Chinese society,the country has paid great attention to the students of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must clarify the specific mode of talent training of each major,and ensure that the talent training efficiency of higher vocational colleges is improved under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation mode.With the continuous improvement of China's national living standards,the social demand for automobile repair professionals is also gradually increasing.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must carry out corresponding exploration and innovation for the talent training mode of automobile repair professionals,so as to ensure that they can meet the training needs of school-enterprise cooperation mode in the process of talent training.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems in vocational auto repair majors and explores the corresponding solutions.
