摘　　要：从高职院校辅导员培养的紧迫性出发,阐述个人成长视角下高职院校辅导员培养的三大困境,以天津电子信息职业技术学院“531”培养工程为例,提出个人成长视角下辅导员的培养路径。Starting from the urgency of the cultivation of counselors in higher vocational institutes,this paper expounds the three difficulties of the cultivation of counselors in higher vocational institutes from the perspective of personal growth.Taking the"531"cultivation project of Tianjin Electronic Information College as an example,it finally puts forward the cultivation path for counselors from the perspective of personal growth.
