欧林模式对新工科工程创新人才培养的启示

摘　　要：分析欧林工学院的办学理念、从欧林的跨界课程设计、项目化教学、课程开发与使用周期,以学生为中心、演讲与写作能力培养等多角度总结欧林做法与特色。通过对欧林经验的分析比对,提出我国新工科人才培养可以在学科融合、课程保质期、工程实践能力培养和以学生为中心的个性化教学等多个方面开展欧林模式的本土化改造,从而实现新工科人才培养模式改革创新。This paper analyzes the educational philosophy of Olin College of Engineering,and summarizes the practices and characteristics of Olin’s cross-boundary curriculum design,project-based teaching,curriculum development and usage cycle,student-centered,speech and writing ability cultivation.Through the analysis and comparison of Olin’s experience,it is proposed that the localization reform of Olin’s model can be carried out in the aspects of discipline integration,course quality guarantee period,engineering practical ability and student-centered personalized teaching,so as to realize the reform and innovation of the new engineering talent training mode.
