提高军人心理学课程教学效果的思考

摘　　要：为了探索军人心理学课程教学规律,提高课程教学效果,分析了课程当前教学中存在的现实困境与不足,从优化与整合教学内容、探索教学方式与手段创新、加强教学资源条件建设三个方面提出了改进建议.教学实践表明,运用这些教学方式与手段,取得了较好的教学效果.In order to explore the teaching law of Military Psychology course and improve the teaching effect,this article analyzes the practical difficulties and deficiencies in the current teaching of the course,and puts forward suggestions from three aspects:optimizing and integrating teaching content,exploring the innovation of teaching methods and means,strengthening the construction of teaching resources and conditions.The related teaching practice shows that better teaching effect has been achieved by using these teaching methods and means.
