“双高计划”背景下高职院校教职工科研能力提升路径——基于某“双高计划”建设院校2020年度论文发表的分析

摘　　要：科研工作是推动科技创新与社会发展的潜在动力,是培育新时代创新型人才的重要手段,同时也是推动“双高计划”建设的重要抓手。通过对某所“双高计划”建设院校2020年度教职工论文发表进行多维度分析,发现存在论文发表重量轻质、专业类论文发表较少、基金支持率较低、专业群建设相关论文发表不足等问题。在此基础上,提出加大科研支持力度、组建高水平科研团队、打造应用型科研模式、开展多形式培训的科研能力提升路径,以助力“双高计划”建设。Scientific research is a potential power to promote technological innovation and social development.It is an important means to cultivate innovative talents in the new era,and an important grip to promote the construction of the“Double-high Plan”.This paper selects a“Double-high Plan”construction collegefor analysis.Through the multi-dimensional and multi angle analysis of papers of the faculty in 2020,it is found that there are some problems,such as quantity over quality,less professional papers,low fund support rate,insufficient papers related to construction of specialty cluster,etc.This paper proposes some suggestions for improvement in order to further promote the construction of“Double-high Plan”,such as increasing support to scientific research,setting up a high-level scientific research team,creating an application type scientific research model,running various forms of training,etc.
