摘　　要：随着“中国制造2025”的到来和日益多样化、精细化、定制化的工业需求,各大高校正逐步形成各具特色的跨学科创新人才培养模式,这既是响应国家战略发展需求,也是提升高校竞争力的内在需要。但受限于课程、专业、学院、高校“四层壁垒”,导致资源整合困难、跨学科组织受阻、信息交流滞后等问题。本文结合航空航天发展新阶段对人才培养的需要,提出了以共研一架飞机为牵引的跨学科创新人才培养模式,并以“飞机总体设计”教学为例进行了探索与实践,提出了“一牵引、一支撑、两结合”的教学创新总体思路和四项创新人才培养举措。实现了教育教学的“三个提升”,推动形成了航空航天乃至新工科发展新阶段的跨专业创新人才培养模式。With the arrival of“Made in China 2025”and the increasing diversification,refinement,and customization of industrial needs,significant universities are gradually forming a unique interdisciplinary innovation talent training mode.This mode is not only a response to the national strategic development needs but also the internal need to enhance the competitiveness of universities.However,due to the four barriers,“courses,specialties,departments/schools,and universities”,the integration of resources is complex,interdisciplinary organizations are blocked,and information exchange is lagged.Based on the need for personnel training in the new stage of aeronautics and astronautics development,this paper puts forward a training mode of interdisciplinary,innovative personnel with co-developing an aircraft as the leading force.And then explores and practices the teaching of“Aircraft Overall Design”,and puts forward the general idea of teaching innovation of“One Traction,One Support,and Two Combinations”and four measures of innovative personnel training.This paper has realized the“Three Improvements”in education and teaching and promoted the formation of an interdisciplinary,innovative talent training mode in the new stage of the development of aerospace and even new engineering.
