摘 要:行业特色高校本科人才培养方案的相关研究是促进该类高校建设高质量课程体系的重要途径。本研究选取40所行业特色高校最新版的本科人才培养方案,通过文本分析的方法对课程结构进行统计分析,研究发现:我国行业特色高校的课程体系存在一定的失衡,具体体现为:通识课程所占学分在30%~40%之间,专业课程所占学分约60%~70%之间;选修课的学分占比约20%,必修课程所占学分约80%;实践课程学分占比约为17%~20%,理论课程所占学分约80%~83%之间。为了制定更加科学合理的人才培养方案,行业特色高校需要尊重知识逻辑、国家规则逻辑、市场逻辑和学习者逻辑,并协调多元逻辑之间的关系,从而建设高质量的课程体系,支撑人才培养目标的实现。The research on the training program of undergraduate talents in universities with industry characteristics is an important way to promote the construction of high-quality curriculum system in such universities.This study selects the latest version of the undergraduate talent training program of 40 colleges and universities with industry characteristics,and makes a statistical analysis of the curriculum structure through the method of text analysis.The study finds that there is a certain imbalance in the curriculum system of colleges and universities with industry characteristics in China,which is embodied in:the credits of general education courses are between 30% and 40%,and the credits of professional courses are between 60%and 70%.The credits of elective courses account for about 20%,and the credits of compulsory courses account for about 80%.The credits of practical courses account for about 17%~20%,and the credits of theoretical courses account for about 80%~83%.In order to formulate a more scientific and reasonable talent training program,universities with industry characteristics need to respect knowledge logic,national rule logic,market logic and learner logic,and coordinate the relationship between multiple logics,so as to build a high-quality curriculum system and support the realization of talent training objectives.
