摘　　要：航空高职院校承担着向国防军工企业输送技术技能人才的关键任务,如何培养出“合格的建设者和接班人”是航空高职院校长久的思政课题。文章以“复合材料基础”课程为例,基于学校定位、企业需求和专业特色深入挖掘课程思政元素,重整德育目标,形成以“航空报国精神”“工匠精神”和“绿色制造理念”为主的三大育人路线,围绕教学内容、授课方式、教学评价和课程资源建设进行探索,以期实现有机且无痕的思政教育,充分发挥专业课程的隐性育人作用。Aviation vocational colleges undertake the key task of delivering technical and skilled personnel to defense and military enterprises.How to cultivate"qualified builders and successors"is a long-term ideological and political issue for aviation vocational colleges.Taking the course of"composite material foundation"as an example,based on the orientation of the school,the needs of enterprises and the characteristics of the specialty,the article deeply excavates the ideological and political elements of the course,reorganizes the moral education objectives,and forms three major education routes,which are mainly based on the"spirit of serving the country by aviation","craftsman spirit"and"green manufacturing concept".It explores the teaching content,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and curriculum resource construction,with a view to achieving organic and traceless ideological and political education,give full play to the recessive educational role of professional courses.
