摘　　要：心理健康课是培育高职学生积极心理品质的主要阵地,它可以帮助学生挖掘自身的潜能,塑造积极健康的心态,顺利完成学业,以饱满的精神面貌走向社会。文章概述以心理健康课为载体培养高职学生积极心理品质的含义,分析以心理健康课为载体培养高职学生积极心理品质的必要性,并提出以心理健康课程为载体培养高职学生积极心理品质的有效举措。高职院校可以通过设定教学目标、选择教学内容、创新教学方法、改革课程评价方式、引导学生进行心理咨询、增强学生专业认同感等举措培养高职学生的积极心理品质,以实现高职学生心理健康水平的整体提升。The psychological health course is the main position to cultivate the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students.It can help students tap their potential,shape a positive and healthy mentality,successfully complete their studies,and go to the society with a full mental outlook.This article outlines the meaning of cultivating the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students with the mental health course as the carrier,analyzes the necessity of cultivating the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students with the mental health course as the carrier,and puts forward effective measures to cultivate the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students with the mental health course as the carrier.Higher vocational colleges can cultivate the positive psychological quality of higher vocational students by setting teaching objectives,selecting teaching contents,innovating teaching methods,reforming course evaluation methods,guiding students to carry out psychological counseling,and enhancing students'professional identity,so as to achieve the overall improvement of the psychological health level of higher vocational students.
