摘 要:职业教育产教共生是经济社会发展到一定阶段的产物,具有跨界共生性、主体多样性、动态适应性和竞合并存性特征。新中国职业教育产教共生关系经历起步、探索、发展与共生四个阶段,在推动经济社会发展方面成效明显。但同时也存在保障体系不完善、行业组织指导职能弱化、企业育人动力不足等困境。为此,应从强化政策支撑体系,理顺市场、职业院校与产业间关系,突破教育系统“边缘—中心”桎梏,发挥行业组织协调作用等方面着手,打造互利共赢的职业教育产教共生生态圈。The symbiosis of industry and education in vocational education is the product of the development of economy and society to a certain stage.It has the characteristics of cross-border symbiosis,subject diversity,dynamic adaptability and competitive merger.In New China,the symbiotic relationship between industry and education of vocational education has experienced four stages,including starting,exploration,development and symbiosis,and has achieved remarkable results in promoting economic and social development.The symbiotic relationship between industry and education of vocational education in China is facing some difficulties,such as imperfect security system,weakening the guiding function of industry organizations,lack of motivation for enterprise education and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the policy support system,straighten out the relationship between the market,vocational colleges and industries,break through the shackles of the"edge center"of the education system,and give full play to the coordination role of industry organizations,so as to create a mutually beneficial and win-win symbiotic ecosystem of vocational education.
