摘 要:文章以湖北典型茶区夏季欧标茶园基地的机采鲜叶为试验材料,比较不同工艺所制长炒青产品品质与价值差异,探讨了揉捻叶分级加工方式对机采茶原料加工后综合效益的影响。实验通过使用改进的茶叶分级机,设计正交试验优化出夏秋茶揉捻叶分级加工参数,并结合筛分精制手段,比较分析了分级加工的长炒青的经济价值增量。结果表明,夏季机采鲜叶原料采用炒二青工艺所制产品,综合品质较烘二青高,经济效益相对高14.98%;揉捻叶分级加工优化工艺加工的长炒青相对于不分级工艺增加4.7%的经济增益。研究结果对于提升夏秋机采鲜叶效益,指导生产具有重要意义。This paper used the machine-picked fresh leaves from the European standard tea garden in the summer of a typical tea area in Hubei province as the test materials to compare the quality and value of the long-fried green tea produced by different processes.This research particularly discussed the effect of rolling and rolling leaf classification processing methods on the comprehensive effectiveness of the machine-picked tea raw materials after processing.By using an improved tea classifier,an orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the classification and processing parameters of the rolled leaves of summer and autumn tea.The screening and refining method was also applied to compare the economic value increase of the classified processing long-fried green tea.The test results showed that,in the test area,the products made by machine-picked tea in summer using the process of roasting two greens have higher overall quality than roasted two greens,with a higher economic benefit of 14.94%.There was an economic gain of 4.7%in the ungraded process.The findings of this study could provide some guidance for improving the effectiveness of machine-picked fresh tea leaves in the summer.
