摘　　要：伴随我国食品行业的发展,添加剂的使用越发普遍,其不但能够使食品本身的颜色、香味、口感予以改善,而且还能起到防腐保藏的效果。但在近年来,添加剂使用不规范的情况频繁出现,食品安全问题偶有发生,导致广大消费者的身心健康受到影响。鉴于此,本文分析了食品添加剂的主要作用和应用中存在的问题,且提出了食品添加剂应用问题的管理对策。With the development of the food industry in China,the use of additives has become more and more common.It can not only improve the color,flavor and taste of the food itself,but also play the role of preservation.However,in recent years,due to the frequent occurrence of nonstandard use of additives,food safety problems occasionally occur,which have affected the physical and mental health of consumers.Therefore,this article analyzes the main functions and problems in the application of food additives,and puts forward some countermeasures for the application of 7food additives.
