摘 要:本文分别从葡萄根系土壤、果实和叶片中筛选酵母菌株,模拟葡萄贮藏环境设计筛选培养基,得到一株分别对葡萄灰霉病和白腐病致病菌都有拮抗作用的酵母菌株Z2-12。菌株对两种致病菌的抑制率分别是53.07%和68.28%,同时在果实实体实验中表现出明显的拮抗效果。经初步检测,Z2-12菌株为酿酒酵母。In this study,yeast strains were screened from grape root soil,grapes and leaves.A screening medium was designed to simulate grape storage environment,and the Z2-12 was screened,which had antagonistic effects on both grape gray mould and grapevine white rot.The inhibition rates of the strain against the two pathogens were 53.07%and 68.28%,showed significant antagonistic effect in fruit body test.The Z2-12 was identified as Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
