摘 要:随着我国经济的快速发展,人们的生活水平不断提升,消费观念和消费水平也得到改善和提升,进口食品逐渐成为人们的日常选择。但食品安全已成为世界性问题,进口食品安全问题也频频发生,尤其是在跨境电商快速发展的背景下,进口食品安全风险集中在商品质量保障不高、商品来源不明、售后服务困难等方面,食品安全风险的影响因素主要有监管体系不健全、风险管理不到位、社会力量参与不足等。本文探讨了我国进口食品安全风险及影响因素,并提出了针对性的解决对策,以推动进口食品行业健康持续发展。With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s living standards have been continuously improved,and consumption concepts and consumption levels have also been improved.Imported food has gradually become people’s daily choice.However,food safety has become a worldwide problem,and imported food safety problems have also occurred frequently.Especially in the context of the rapid development of crossborder e-commerce,the risk of imported food safety is concentrated in the aspects of low quality assurance of goods,unclear source of goods,and difficult after-sales service.The main factors affecting food safety risk are the imperfect regulatory system,inadequate risk management,and insufficient participation of social forces.This paper studies the safety risks and influencing factors of imported food in China,and puts forward targeted solutions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the imported food industry.
