摘  要:在现今科学技术快速发展的背景下,人们对美好生活的需求不断提高,食品安全问题随之受到广泛的重视,许多食品加工杀菌新技术应运而生,其在保证食品安全的前提下,既显著提高了杀菌效果,又保证了食品的新鲜和营养等品质。本文对新型食品杀菌技术的应用研究进行综述,以期为各食品企业在各类产品加工过程中选择杀菌方式提供技术支持。Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology,people’s demand for a better life is increasing,and the issue of food safety has been paid more and more attention.Many new technologies of food processing and sterilization emerge as the times require,which not only significantly improve the germicidal efficacy,but also ensure the fresh and nutritional quality of food on the premise of ensuring food safety.This paper summarizes the application and research of new food sterilization technology,in order to provide technical support for food enterprises to choose sterilization methods in the processing of all kinds of products.
