摘 要:高校食堂管理和食品卫生安全关系到师生的健康安全与学校的和谐稳定,是高校综合管理的重要组成部分。面对新时代高校餐饮服务保障的新形势和新要求,高校要深刻认识到做好食堂管理和食品安全工作的重要性,准确研判餐饮服务的内外环境变化,从体制机制、运营模式、监管体系、管理精细化等关键环节入手,持续加强食堂管理,提升食堂食品安全,推进食堂管理和食品安全的可持续、高质量发展。University canteen management and food safety are an important part of the comprehensive management of colleges and universities,which is related to the health and safety of students and the stability of the school.Facing the new situation and new requirements of college catering service guarantee in the new era,colleges and universities should deeply realize the importance of doing a good job in canteen management and food safety,accurately study and judge the internal and external environment changes of catering service,start from the system mechanism,operation mode,supervision system,fine management and other key links,continue to strengthen canteen management,improve the food safety of the canteen,and promote sustainable and high-quality development of canteen management and food safety.
