摘　　要：本试验采用自制藕粉为对照,对从市场上购买的10种不同品牌藕粉样品进行真假鉴定。结果表明:综合观感识别、显微镜观察、糊化温度测定、色素检查等结果,只有样品1(产地湖北洪湖)和样品3(产地江西抚州)纯度达到国家标准。This experiment used self-made lotus root powder as the control to identify the authenticity of 10 diffe-rent brands of lotus root powder samples purchased from the market.The results showed that only sample 1(from Honghu Hubei)and sample 3(from Fuzhou Jiangxi)reached the national standard in purity according to the results of visual recognition,microscopic observation,gelatinization temperature determination and pigment inspection.
