摘　　要：综述了咖啡副产物资源综合利用技术在食品工业、新材料开发等方面的研究进展,阐述了咖啡果壳的应用前景,以期为咖啡副产物资源的开发利用提供理论支持。The research progress of the comprehensive utilization technology of coffee by-products re­source in food industry,new material development etc.was reviewed,and the application prospect of coffee husks was described,in order to provide theoretical support for the development and utilization of coffee by-products resource.
