摘　　要：新时代背景下,加强对高职工科类大学生的创新能力与职业精神的培育,是高职院校教育工作中不可缺少的一部分,而若要达到良好的创新能力与职业精神培育效果,就需要充分发挥社会主义核心价值观的导向作用,综合高职工科类大学生专业特点与行业应具备的职业精神,促使高职工科类大学生成长为符合社会和企业发展需求的专业应用型人才。Under the background of the new era,strengthening the cultivation of innovation ability and professionalism of higher vocational engineering students is an indispensable part of the education work of higher vocational colleges.In order to achieve a good effect of cultivating innovation ability and professionalism,we need to give full play to the guiding role of the core values of socialism,and integrate the professional characteristics of higher vocational engineering students and the professionalism of the industry,promote higher vocational engineering students to grow into professional application-oriented talents that meet the needs of society and enterprise development.
