摘  要:教育情怀是民办幼儿教师坚定从教的重要情感,亦是民办幼教事业持续发展的重要因素。为明晰民办幼儿园教师的教育情怀的影响因素,采用问卷调查法,以384名幼儿教师为被试进行实证分析。结果发现:民办幼儿园教师的教育情怀、家人支持和同事关系水平较高,工资待遇水平偏低;且民办幼儿园教师的教育情怀、同事关系、家人支持、工资待遇两两之间均呈显著正相关;工资待遇能正向影响民办幼儿园教师的教育情怀,家人支持、同事关系在工资待遇和教育情怀的关系间起独立中介作用,二者也可以起到链式中介作用。据此提出,政府部门和幼儿园应多举措保障教师工资待遇,以社会支持为焦点,厚植幼儿教师的教育情怀。The educational sentiment is an important emotion of private preschool teachers and it is also an important factor for the sustainable development of private preschool education.In order to clarify the influencing factors of private kindergarten teachers'educational feelings,a questionnaire survey was conducted to 384 preschool teachers as subjects.The results show that private kindergarten teachers'educational feelings,family support and colleague relationship are high,though salary is low.Moreover,there are significant positive correlations among private kindergarten teachers'education feelings,colleague relationship,family support and salary.Specifically,salary can positively affect the educational feelings of private kindergarten teachers andfamily support and colleague relationship play an independent mediating role in the relationship between salary and educational feelings which can also play a chain mediating role.Therefore,it is suggested that government departments and kindergartens should take multiple measures to guarantee teachers'salary,focus on social support,and cultivate preschool teachers'educational feelings.
