摘　　要：高职教学团队建设是职业教育“三教”改革的重中之重,而1+X证书制度对教学团队的建设提出了新要求,具有一定的导向作用。根据分工协作结构化高职教学团队的基本内涵和要求,分析当前1+X证书制度下教学团队建设存在的突出问题,提出通过优化教学团队层次结构、推进教学团队改革创新、健全教学团队保障机制等措施提升教学团队建设质量。The construction of higher vocational teaching team is one of the top priorities in“three-education”reform in vocational education,and the 1+X certificate system has put forward new requirements for the construction of teaching team,which has certain guiding effect.Based on the basic connotation and requirements of the structured higher vocational teaching team,the prominent problems of teaching team construction under the 1+X certificate system are analyzed and measures are proposed to improve the quality of teaching team construction by optimizing the hierarchical structure,promoting the reform and innovation and improving the guarantee mechanism of the teaching team.
