摘  要:针对因地形复杂导致林下耕播传统装备难以作业而限制了林下种植技术发展的问题,设计了一款林下耕播机行走机构,为验证该行走机构的通过性,对林下耕播机行走机构进行爬坡和越障能力分析。建立林下耕播机行走机构越障高度与整机质心的关系,使用多体动力学软件Recurdyn建立多参数间的动力学模型,依据模型判断机构工作的稳定性。对该机构在不同坡度路面、不同高度凸起障碍以及不同宽度壕沟参数下的通过性进行仿真分析。结果表明林下耕播机行走机构能够通过最大35°的坡面;可以跨过最宽300 mm的壕沟;可以越过最大高度300 mm的障碍,但是林下耕播机在翻越落地之后发生不稳定现象,需要进行后续结构优化。林下耕播机行走机构的整体设计满足林下作业要求。In view of the fact that the traditional equipment is difficult to operate due to the complex terrain under the forest,which limits the development of the planting technology under the forest,a walking mechanism of the under forest cultivator is designed.In order to verify the passing ability of the walking mechanism,the climbing and obstacle surmounting ability of the walking mechanism of the under forest cultivator is analyzed.The relationship between the obstacle clearance height of the walking mechanism of the under story cultivator and the center of mass of the whole machine was established,and the dynamic model between multiple parameters was established using the multi-body dynamics software Recurdyn,according to which the stability of the mechanism was judged.The traffic ability of the mechanism is simulated and analyzed under the conditions of different road slopes,different height of step obstacles and different width of ditches.The results showed that the walking mechanism of the under forest cultivator could pass through the maximum 35°slope;It can cross trenches with a maximum of 300mm;It can pass the obstacle with a maximum height of 300 mm,but the under forest cultivator is unstable after climbing and landing,which requires subsequent structural optimization.The overall design of the walking mechanism of the under forest cultivator meets the requirements of under forest operation.
