摘 要:目的 分析超声诊断实习教学中多模式教学法的应用效果,提升中医本科五年制临床综合能力。方法 选取某院2021年2月23日-2022年1月28日32名超声诊断实习中医学生,均为五年学制三年级,用随机数字表法将其均分为对照组16名采用多媒体联合讲授教学法,观察组16名采用多模式教学法,统计比较2组教学效果。结果 观察组的理论成绩(4.06±0.45分)、病例分析(4.04±0.35分)、综合技能(4.02±0.46分)、理论结合实际(92.46±4.55分)、学习兴趣(93.46±4.36分)、自主能动性(92.43±4.26分)、临床思维能力(93.46±3.57分)、分析问题能力(91.57±3.99分)、自主学习能力(94.26±3.99分)和教学满意度(100.00%)均明显高于对照组的各项得分(分别为3.14±0.46分、3.00±0.71分、3.17±0.81分、81.33±4.47分、81.36±3.76分、81.24±3.87分、82.26±4.29分、85.27±4.87分、81.57±4.16分)和教学满意度(62.50%)。结论 将多模式教学法应用于超声诊断教学能够显著提升教学成果,有助于培养学生的学习能力和综合素养,具有推广价值。Objectives This study aims to analyze the application effect of the multi--mode teaching method in the practical teaching of ultrasonic diagnosis,in order to cultivate the level of ultrasonic diagnosis in the five-year undergraduate course of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the comprehensive clinical ability of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 32 TCM students,all of whom were in third grade of the five-year school system and interned in a hospital for ultrasound diagnosis practice from February 23,2021 to January 28,2022 were selected.The random number table method was used to divide them into 16 people in the control group who used the multimedia joint teaching method,and 16 people in the observation group who used the multi-mode teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The scores of theory(4.06±0.45 points),.case analysis(4.04±0.35 points),comprehensive skills(4.02±0.46 points),theory combined with practice(92.46±4.55 points),learning interest(93.46±4.36 points),autonomy Initiative(92.43±4.26 points),clinical thinking ability(93.46±3.57 points),problem-analyzing ability(91.57±3.99 points),autonomous learning ability(94.26±3.99 points)and teaching satisfaction(100.00%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those scores in the control group(3.14±0.46,3.00±0.71,3.17±0.81,81.33±4.47,81.36±3.76,81.24±3.87,82.26±4.29,85.27±4.87,81.57±4.16 and 62.50%,respectively).Conclusions The application of the multi-mode teaching method in ultrasonic diagnosis teaching can significantly improve the teaching results,help cultivate students'learning ability and comprehensive quality,and has popularization value.
