摘　　要：随着“大众创业万众创新”向纵深推进,创客空间已然成为高校进行创新创业人才培养的重要平台和载体。该文介绍高校创客空间的基本概念和发展趋势,指出高校创客空间在创新创业人才培养上存在的问题和不足,提出从构建大创业观教育理念、改革建设创客空间、健全创客课程体系、搭建实践平台育人体系、打造高能双创师资队伍、完善创新创业指导帮扶体系和打造过硬的创客团队七个方面开展创新创业人才培养模式。With the deepening of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",maker space has become an important platform and carrier for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.This paper introduces the basic concept and development trend of maker space in colleges and universities,points out the problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in maker space in colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects:constructing the concept of maker education,reforming and constructing maker space,perfecting maker curriculum system,building practice platform education system,build a team of high-powered teachers of entrepreneurship and innovation and improve the system of guidance and assistance for innovation and entrepreneurship and build an excellent maker team to carry out the training of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
