摘  要:该文以地方高校数学师范专业为研究对象,在师范专业认证的核心理念指导下,基于“情境建构主义”学习理论和“最近发展区”教学理论,根据数学学科特点和社会需求,从培养目标、培养内容、培养方式和质量评价等层面开展创新型人才培养模式研究。实现教学内容、课程结构、教学模式和教学评价综合改进与提升,为数学专业培养模式改革及专业认证提供有利支撑,从而进一步深化高等教育教学改革,增强师范专业教学建设与改革的整体效应。突显地方高校数学专业本科教育办学特色及其新时代数学职前教师可持续发展能力。Based on the constructivist learning theory and the teaching theory of recent development zone,this paper carries out the research on innovative talent cultivation model from the aspects of training objectives,training contents,training methods and quality evaluation according to the characteristics of mathematics discipline and social needs by taking the mathematics normal major of local colleges as the research object,and under the guidance of the core concept of normal professional certification.The realization of the comprehensive improvement and promotion of teaching content,course structure,teaching mode and teaching evaluation will provide favorable support for the reform of training mode and professional certification of mathematics major,so as to further deepen the teaching reform of higher education and enhance the overall effect of teaching construction and reform of normal specialty.It highlights the characteristics of mathematics undergraduate education in local universities and the sustainable development ability of mathematics in the new era.
